Dear …,

In a world of random emails offering things in oddly written English, I swear this isn’t one of them! I'm a busy guy and wouldn’t be sending this unless I felt it would benefit both of us.

My name is ______ and I’m a Colorado realtor (License # XXXXX) and proprietor of Hammer & Park Real Estate. We have been in business for over a decade servicing the larger Metro Denver area.

I’m writing because you recruit and place executives and their families in Denver. Hammer & Park offers a hands-on, relocation service, and one that is perfectly aligned with your client base.

When we first initiated our relocation service, our guiding philosophy centered on one key question:

“What does someone want, more than anything, when moving to another city?”

The answer is simplicity and for the process to be stress-free. Hammer & Park offers a boutique, concierge service that is unparalleled in the relocation business. We address every conceivable issue thus relieving our clients from focusing on the move to comfortably transitioning to their new home.

What we offer is best expressed in person. Would you have 30 minutes next week for a brief video call?

Thank you in advance and hope this wasn’t too painful :)

Dear … ,

As a fellow colleague in the larger construction industry, I will spare you the “partner with a trustworthy leader” pitch. My reason for writing is simple – you all have a great reputation and we are consistently seeking to strengthen our own.

American Concrete Concepts Inc. has been operating for 10 plus years specializing in custom decorative concrete solutions for commercial use.

Put simply, we are “extreme renovators,” transforming stale, flat concrete applications into polished pieces that radically alter the look and feel of a business.

We entered this line of work knowing that the quality we were offering would sell. But the burden rests on me to convince you.

Do you have fifteen minutes for a video or phone call this week?

I look forward to speaking!
